The county I live in was a big 80s Yuppie area. Some nights more than 5 635s show up to the local car nights. It’s funny, I see them nowhere else but here in central New Jersey.

Looks to be a book of some sort. Maybe one of those atlas/map things? Hard to tell, but definitely not something you see much of anymore....

I see a garage built for older, smaller cars.

Several years ago, we used to live in a 1930s apartment block. It would’ve been a relatively posh development at the time... it had garages. We had a Mk 6 Fiesta. My wife would park it - with the passenger side right against the wall. It was a struggle for her to get out, and she’s tiny.

The garage dates the house. They were common in upmarket houses in the mid 20th century. Newer houses here almost never have garages.

The Mondeo is the US Fusion right? If so why does the rear look so ugly in this picture?

It’s a 2007+ pre-facelift previous gen Mondeo. Almost always bought as a wagon or liftback (on continental Europe)
